Pre-selection


1. 

The applicant hands in or sends a C.V. to the office.

 
2. 

Golden Anchor crew makes a preliminary selection of resumes and programs theapplicants pre-selection.

3. 

The selection is made depending on the interviews announced for the next few months. (Ex.- if an interview of one of the companies requesting cooks is announced to takeplace in the next 3 weeks, the first priority of Golden Anchor crew will be making aselection for this recently announced interview.

4. 

The Pre-selection ( discussion in English )- is done by personnel with recruitment experience. It will be paid attention to: conversational skills in English, special skills required by the job, personality, attitude;

5. 

Input of selected persons in the firm's date base;

6. 

The selected candidates draw up files which they hand in at the office of Golden Anchor.

7. 

The final selection is done exclusively by the hiring companies.
